Age requirements?
Residents must be 21 years of age unless residing with a parent or legal guardian.

Utilities?
Blakeney connects, but residents pay for water and sewer. Residents connect, and pay for, electricity, telephone and cable.

Average power bills?
1 BR: $55-85, 2 BR: $75-100, 3 BR: $85-125 year-round. Figures are approximate.

Laundry Facilities?
Each apartment has a W/D connection. We also have a 24-hour laundry facility located in our clubhouse.

High-Speed Internet?
Cable and DSL available through Windstream or Time Warner Cable.

Need to use a Copier, Fax, Computer w/ Internet?
Offered free as a resident service available in the Blakeney clubhouse. See Resident Services for a complete list.

Pets?
Yes. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment will be allowed. Pet fees, deposits, photo and vaccination required prior to move in. No aggressive breeds.
